Payment is due at the time of service. We currently accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Returned checks will be charged a $25 handling fee.

We work with most health insurances.
Metzler Chiropractic attempts to take out as much of the “insurance hassle” as possible.  All you have to do is provide your insurance card and driver’s license to us and we will communicate with your insurance company.  We will verify any benefits you may have and notify you of any expense you may be responsible for prior the start of your second visit.  If you have any questions regarding your financial responsibilities at our office, please do not hesitate to ask.

We offer unique payment options to fit your treatment and financial obligations.  We realize an increasing number of patients do not have insurance, or have plans with limited coverage.  Therefore, we have several plans so those patients may receive complete care without undue financial difficulty.

If you are involved in an automobile accident, please notify your auto insurance carrier of your visit to our office immediately.  Please let us know right away if an attorney is representing you.  Although you are ultimately responsible for your bill, we will wait for settlement of your claim for up to six months after your care is completed. Once the claim is settled or if you suspend or terminate care, any fees for services are due immediately.
